Job summary

GrainCorp in Sydney is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to lead the ongoing development, enhancement and support of GrainCorp's ServiceNow platform across Technology, Finance and HR. You will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, high-value solutions, manage the ServiceNow upgrade program, and drive governance and performance improvements across multiple tech domains.

Qualifications

• Experience administering, supporting and enhancing ServiceNow in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Analytical and proactive problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Self-starter who can learn new technologies across multiple platforms.
• Ideally 5+ years' experience with ServiceNow.

Location: Sydney, NSW (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 Incl. Super + Bonus

• An analytical and proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering business value.


• A self-starter who can quickly learn new technologies and confidently work across multiple platforms and priorities.


• Ideally, 5+ years' experience working with ServiceNow and supporting business-critical applications.
