Job summary

GoSourcing Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst (APS6) to translate business requirements into technical specifications aligned with architectures. The role involves designing, evaluating and documenting ICT solutions, and collaborating with architects, product owners, developers and testers to deliver transparent and effective services for Australians.

The position requires knowledge of SDLC, security policies and best practices, with hybrid work arrangements and an initial on-site

Qualifications

• Feasibility assessment and option analysis with stakeholder input.
• Define and manage requirements bases, traceability and prioritisation for medium-size initiatives.
• Design and document complex software and system components to meet needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis of business processes and requirements.
• Create solution designs and implement ICT solutions to meet needs.
• Develop and maintain solution documentation.
• Support daily operations and monitor performance of solutions.
• Adhere to delivery methodologies and contribute improvements.
• Conduct technical assessments considering feasibility, resources, risks and benefits.
• Plan and execute testing activities and defect management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define tasks and ensure timely implementations.
• Lead quality reviews of specifications, designs and tests.
• Provide feedback on research and documentation and propose alternatives.
• Manage changes and improvements throughout the system life cycle.
