Job summary

Multicultural NSW is seeking a Senior System Analyst to drive technology solutions that improve business outcomes across the organisation. You will translate business needs into practical solutions, improve systems and processes, support project delivery, and help ensure technology investments deliver value and long-term outcomes.

The role is based in Parramatta with a hybrid arrangement, offering a salary of $133,348–$146,945 per year plus superannuation and annual leave loading.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree qualification or equivalent experience, with strong knowledge of business analysis, systems development, and technology integration.
• Senior-level experience translating business needs into practical technology solutions and delivering projects, system improvements, and business outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and change activities while managing suppliers and service providers.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify solutions.
• Analyse, document, and improve processes, requirements, and systems.
• Lead requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and change activities.
• Support ICT project planning, delivery, testing, and implementation.
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, services, and ways of working.
• Provide guidance to a Systems Analyst.
• Keep stakeholders informed and projects on track.
