Our Benefits
  • Health & Wellbeing: Flexible work, EAP, discounted health cover.
  • Generous Leave: Parental, volunteer, study leave, plus option to purchase more.
  • Development Focus: Leadership programs, training support, professional memberships.
  • Employee Savings: Discounts on accommodation, experiences, salary packaging.
  • ESG Commitment: Fostering a safe workplace, community support, and environmental protection through a five-year strategy.
Your New Role

Take ownership of key enterprise business systems supporting Finance and Procurement as well as the broader organisation. You will work across ERP configuration, integrations, data, reporting, process improvement, system enhancements and day-to-day support. While G'day Group uses Workday and Adaptive Planning, we are open to candidates with experience across other ERP platforms and will provide the opportunity to develop your Workday expertise.

This is a broad and varied role where you will partner with Finance, Technology and Operations to improve how our systems and processes work, solve complex problems and deliver scalable solutions.

  • ERP & Business Systems: Configure, optimise and support enterprise systems, building deep expertise across Workday and Adaptive Planning.
  • Integrations, Data & Reporting: Work across system integrations, data quality, reporting, dashboards and data governance.
  • Business Analysis & Process Improvement: Translate business requirements into practical solutions that simplify, standardise and automate processes.
  • Projects, Releases & Change: Deliver system enhancements, releases and projects, including requirements, testing, UAT, deployment and change documentation.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Partner across Finance, Technology, Operations and external vendors, providing advice and supporting continuous improvement.
  • BAU & Problem Solving: Troubleshoot incidents, service requests and complex system issues while balancing BAU priorities with longer-term improvements.
Your Skills and Experience

We are looking for someone with strong ERP or enterprise business systems experience. You do not need to come to us as a Workday expert. If you bring strong transferable ERP skills and a willingness to learn, we'll support you in developing your Workday capability.

  • ERP / Enterprise Systems Experience: Hands-on experience configuring, administering or supporting a major ERP or enterprise business system. Experience with Workday is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Finance Systems Understanding: Exposure to financial systems and processes such as budgeting, forecasting, planning, reporting or financial operations would be highly regarded.
  • Business & Data Analysis: Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, reporting and stakeholder facilitation skills.
  • Technical Problem Solving: Confidence working with integrations, system issues, testing, releases and vendor or technical support teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: An ability to look beyond the immediate issue and identify opportunities to improve, simplify and automate systems and processes.
  • Qualifications & Attributes: Relevant Business Systems, IT or equivalent practical experience, coupled with strong communication skills, curiosity, customer focus and a willingness to develop expertise across new technologies.
