Job summary

Amazon in Redmond, WA seeks a Senior System TPM to define customer terminal products across segments. You will coordinate with engineering, product, and leadership to balance cost, performance, and customer experience while driving a clear roadmap and milestones.

You will lead cross-functional teams, communicate risks and status to executives, and manage CapEx/OpEx with a focus on rapid, high-quality delivery in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management with software teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering teams to develop product strategy and features for customer terminals that will meet cost, performance, reliability and customer experience needs.
• Work with Product Management to define business objectives including Operation Expenditures, Capital Expenditures, Operational Cost of Goods Sold, Headcount and maintain guardrails throughout the program to achieve.
• Collaborate and lead narrative white papers to communicate project status, risks, and issues to leadership and cross functional teams.
• Project management of overall development process including communicating goals, roles, responsibilities and desired outcomes to cross-functional project teams.
• Drive milestone readiness with the cross-functional teams.
• Navigate through ambiguity and managing project delivery in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborate with stake holders to define business and product requirements for long term product roadmap.
• Manage CapEx/OpEx and BOM+MVA for the device.
