Affirma is seeking a Hardware Technical Program Manager to drive uLED backplane silicon programs from development through high-volume manufacturing. The role requires coordinating across internal Meta teams and external partners to convert milestones into actionable schedules and mitigate risks.

You will lead cross-functional engineering teams, manage multiple vendors, and communicate program status to leadership. This hybrid position is based in Redmond, WA or Sunnyvale, CA.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in hardware or silicon TPM or PM role.
• Experience coordinating across silicon, hardware, test, packaging.
• Experience with external vendors or foundries.
• Exposure to hardware development phases: prototype to mass production.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional coordination across uLED backplane teams.
• Manage external vendor interfaces and milestone alignment.
• Maintain program trackers and risk registers.
• Provide status briefings to leadership and stakeholders.
