Job summary

Amazon AWS seeks a Senior Security Technical Program Manager to own long-term security outcomes for AWS in Australia. You will work with external customers and regulated industries to design secure systems and improve security posture across programs.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams, implement security frameworks, manage risks, and deliver on time while balancing rigorous security with delivery in a fast-paced cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams
• 5+ years of technical program management with software teams
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs and release schedules
• Experience in classified government environments and security clearance requirements
• Technical understanding of security controls across multiple domains

Responsibilities

• Coordinate security engagements with internal and external customers
• Plan and deliver security work within timeframes
• Implement security frameworks (ISM/PSPF/NIST) in designs
• Drive continuous improvement and remove roadblocks
• Lead cross-functional security-focused teams and architecture discussions
