Metro North Health is seeking a Senior System Integrity Officer on a permanent part-time basis to help ensure referral management processes support safe, timely patient care. You will coordinate administrative functions within the Central Patient Intake Unit, maintain data quality, monitor exceptions, and produce performance reports and dashboards for CPIU staff.

As the Senior System Integrity Officer, you will coordinate and support key administrative functions within the Central Patient Intake Unit, ensuring referral management systems and processes operate efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for maintaining data quality, monitoring referral exceptions, producing performance reports and dashboards, and providing technical and process support to staff across Metro North Health. Your work will help ensure referrals are accurately managed, supporting safe, timely and high-quality healthcare delivery.
