Job summary

Children's Cancer Institute in Sydney seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to champion Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as the technical and business lead, translating requirements into scalable solutions and driving system optimisation.

You will partner with stakeholders to deliver automation initiatives, improve data quality, and enhance user experience across D365 and connected systems, while developing training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in IT, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or related discipline or minimum 5 years' experience in a Systems Analyst or ERP analyst role.
• Demonstrated experience supporting and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions; configuring, testing and implementing enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead D365 F&O as the technical and business owner to support operational and strategic objectives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and drive optimisation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and deliver user training, system documentation and support materials; ensure data integrity across D365 and connected systems.

This newly created Senior Systems Analyst will be the technical and business lead for D365 Finance & Operations, ensuring the platform effectively supports CCI's operational and strategic objectives. The successful candidate will partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions, driving system optimisation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, data quality and user experience. You will develop and deliver user training, system documentation and support materials, fostering user capability, adoption and effective use of D365 and associated systems, and ensure the integrity, security and reliability of financial and operational data across D365 and connected systems.

To succeed you will have…

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline or minimum 5 years' experience in a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst or similar role.
• Demonstrated experience supporting and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions, as well as experience configuring, testing and implementing system enhancements and process improvements.
• Experience developing and delivering system training and user support programs.
