Job summary

Boeing Defence Australia is seeking an experienced Asset Management/ILS Specialist to act as the technical anchor for Battlespace Communications Systems (BCS) programs in Brisbane, with responsibilities spanning repairs, sparing, technical publications, and codification.

This hands-on role seeks a subject-matter expert who can mentor the team while ensuring compliant, world-class delivery for the Australian Defence Force.

Qualifications

• Experience with Integrated Logistics Support (LSA, sparing, and technical data) in a Defence setting.
• Hands-on specialist with a focus on technical execution of ILS processes.
• Experience delivering ILS packages under ASDEFCON or acquisition contracts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of repair management, sparing analysis, and technical publication authoring.
• Ensure that system workstreams (CDRLs, Codification, LSA) are executed to high standards.
• Act as a technical mentor to the ILS team and support problem solving and momentum maintenance.
• Manage ILS workflows and report status with internal and external stakeholders.
