Boeing Defence Australia is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join the E7-A Supply Chain Team, based in Williamtown. You will model and analyze repairable items, inventory levels, demand satisfaction and lead times, delivering dashboards and actionable insights to sustain the Wedgetail fleet.

You will work with maintenance, logistics, engineering and procurement to ensure data integrity and timely decisions, supporting mission-critical operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain performance analysis, inventory reporting, or data analytics roles.
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or ERP reporting modules.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work successfully unsupervised and in a team environment.
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and engagement with all levels of management
• Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements.
• Defence ERP (D-ERP) knowledge, skills & experience.
• CAMM2 and NETMAARS experience.
• High level communication and negotiation skills to facilitate open interaction between customer support teams, repair agencies and key internal and external stakeholders

Responsabilités

• Collect, analyze, and report on supply chain performance metrics related to inventory levels, demand satisfaction, lead times, and other key indicators.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into inventory health and supply chain efficiency.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement through detailed data analysis.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and operations teams to support decision-making based on data insights.
• Identify and elevate customer supply chain issues and discrepancies for resolution.
• Forecast future financial requirements for materiel procurement.
• Support the enduring development and maintenance of spares models
• Analyse, verify and manipulate and correct data to ensure accurate modelling results.
• Assist with maintaining data integrity and accuracy by validating and reconciling inventory and performance data.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing metrics-driven recommendations.
