Boeing Defence Australia is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for the Logistics Services Team based at Amberley, QLD, reporting to the ILSM. The role leads a high-performing team responsible for supplier relationships, in-service needs, and meeting contractual commitments with the RAAF customer.

The position requires Defence supply chain expertise, warehousing and distribution experience, strong leadership and stakeholder skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years in defence aerospace/FMS supply chain management
• Experience in defence warehousing and distribution systems
• Experience in managing a team
• Knowledge of the Australian Defence Force Electronic Supply Chain Manual
• Strategic workforce planning and resource provision
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Mansioni

• Execute the supply, procurement and stock assessment services delivered by the supply support team
• Develop reporting tools for reporting on supply chain performance and FMS delivery to the ILSM
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among stakeholders
• Maintain efficient processes and identify optimisation opportunities
• Monitor KPIs for supply chain performance, including FMS deliveries and DCS expenditure
• Liaise with Warehousing, Engineering, Maintenance and Supply Chain teams
• Manage and resolve complex supply chain events (e.g., AOG) and escalate as required
