TACT Fostering invites applications for a Senior Supervising Social Worker to support Step Forward carers caring for children moving from residential settings to foster homes. You will provide supervision, training, and practical guidance to foster carers to ensure high-quality care and matching for children.

The role is homebased with travel across Greater Manchester and Merseyside, offering 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with 18-month salary progression and additional allowances for

Qualificações

• A degree in Social Work is required.
• Up-to-date registration with Social Work England.

Responsabilidades

• Provide regular guidance and supervision to Foster Carers.
• Assess needs and support transitions for young people moving from residential to foster care.
• Undertake fostering assessments where capacity allows and support carers’ development.
