Willing Care Recruitment Limited seeks a Field Care Supervisor to oversee domiciliary care across Wakefield with occasional travel to Huddersfield and Kirklees. You will supervise care teams, conduct reviews, and ensure person-centered, compliant care in the community.

Ideal candidates have strong domiciliary care experience and are ready to progress from senior roles. A full UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential for this field-based role.

Qualificações

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle – essential.
• Strong experience in domiciliary or community care.
• Previous Field Care Supervisor or similar experience would be beneficial.
• Candidates ready to progress from Senior Care Assistant or Care Assistant accepted with training.

Responsabilidades

• Complete customer care reviews and assessments.
• Carry out Care Assistant spot checks and observations.
• Support and supervise Care Assistants in the field.
• Carry out quality and compliance audits.
• Review care documentation and action required.
• Help ensure care is delivered safely and in line with care plans.
• Support the office team with day-to-day quality and compliance.
