Job summary

Betashares is seeking a Senior Product Development Manager to translate the Betashares Super strategy into member propositions, experiences and initiatives that improve member outcomes and support acquisition, engagement and retention.

Reporting to the Head of Superannuation, this senior individual contributor role will own the end-to-end member experience roadmap across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, servicing, retention and retirement.

Qualifications

• Must-have experience in product management or development within financial services.
• Strong understanding of superannuation, wealth management or investment platforms.
• Experience taking complex initiatives from discovery to launch and optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into member propositions and a growth roadmap.
• Lead discovery, business cases, design, build, testing and post-launch optimisation.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across multiple teams.
• Develop commercial assessments and performance measures for propositions.
• Ensure regulatory, trustee and member requirements are incorporated early.
• Represent priorities in planning and governance forums.
