Betashares seeks a Senior Marketing Manager - Lifecycle to own strategy, roadmap and delivery of customer lifecycle programmes across B2C and B2B audiences, collaborating with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to drive activation, engagement and revenue.

You will lead end-to-end automated journeys, segmentation, testing and personalisation, aligning contact strategy and channel mix to commercial outcomes across Betashares Funds, Direct and Super.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM or growth marketing.
• Experience designing end-to-end automated customer journeys.
• Hands-on Braze expertise; Salesforce Marketing Cloud considered.

Responsabilités

• Own lifecycle strategy, roadmap and commercial ownership across B2C and B2B.
• Design and deliver automated customer journeys with measurable outcomes.
• Lead segmentation, personalisation and decisioning to improve performance.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across Marketing Operations, Data, Martech, Product and Compliance.
• Establish governance and compliance for lifecycle programmes.
