Australian Catholic University in North Sydney NSW seeks a Senior Student Systems Lead to provide subject matter expertise on the University’s Student Management Systems. You will liaise with stakeholders, vendors and delivery teams to maximise business value and drive continuous process improvements.

Your work includes refining data quality, enhancing implementations and upgrades, and contributing to testing strategies while reporting to the Associate Director, Student Systems.

Operating within Student Systems, the Senior Student Systems Lead provides subject matter expertise pertaining to ACUs Student Management Systems. This involves liaising with and providing advice to, stakeholders, vendors and delivery teams to leverage technology platforms to derive business value. The role also focuses on continuous improvement of processes within Student Systems to mitigate risks and improve quality. This may include refining the quality of data by modifying or automating manual processes, improving the quality of implementation and upgrades, or by changing approaches to testing. The position reports to Associate Director, Student Systems and represents Student Systems and Student Administration on relevant forums internally and externally.

Total remuneration valued to $160,162 - $170,900 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $135,360 - $144,538 (pro rata) pa (HEW 9), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.

Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
