About the role:

Operating within Technical Services, the Technical Services Lead, Exercise Science utilises specialist knowledge to coordinate and support technical and laboratory services within ACU's Exercise Science learning environments. The position is responsible for laboratory operations including preparation and set up of learning and teaching activities, maintenance of equipment and facilities, risk management and compliance with work health and safety requirements. The Technical Services Lead provides specialist advice and works collaboratively academic staff and internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of learning and teaching activities and the efficient operation of the university's Exercise Science facilities. This role may also supervise other technical staff.

Total remuneration valued to $112,625 - $120,977 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $95,170 - $102,227 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.

Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
