Australian Catholic University (ACU) is seeking a part-time administrative officer to support the Work Integrated Learning program across North Sydney or Melbourne with hybrid flexibility.

Responsibilities include maintaining placement records, documentation and workflows, delivering accurate administrative and compliance support, and contributing to data quality, reporting and audit readiness.

• Part time, 21 hours per week (.6 FTE) continuing role at our North Sydney or Melbourne campus with some hybrid flexibility.

About the role:

Operating within PSH Law & Business and Theology & Philosophy, this position provides accurate and timely administrative, systems and compliance support for the Faculty's Work Integrated Learning program. Maintains placement records, documentation and workflows to support effective student placement delivery, stakeholder service, data quality, reporting and audit readiness.

• Total remuneration valued to $101,464 - $109,838 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $85,739 - $92,815 (pro rata) pa (HEW 5), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
• 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
• Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
