- Proven leadership of engineering teams and P&L responsibility
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management
- Extensive Australian building structures experience across commercial, residential, mixed-use, industrial or institutional projects
Responsibilities
- Leadership and overall management of the North Sydney operation
- P&L, profitability and commercial performance
- Strategic planning and continued business growth
- Leadership, mentoring and development of the structural team
- Resource planning and management of project workloads
- Maintaining quality, programme and project delivery standards
- Developing and strengthening key client relationships
- Business development and identification of new opportunities
- Supporting proposals, tenders and fee negotiations
- Working closely with other offices and senior leaders across the consultancy
