Job summary

Downer is seeking a Senior Site Supervisor - Structural to lead on major structural construction works for Logan Water in Queensland. You’ll supervise crews, coordinate with subcontractors and address safety, quality and environmental outcomes across a long-term capital works program.

You’ll mentor and develop on-site teams while collaborating with Project Managers, Engineers and Supervisors to keep projects moving and stakeholders aligned.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience managing site teams and supervisors.
• Experience delivering structural construction projects in water, wastewater or major civil infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of reinforced concrete, formwork and steel fixing works.

The Opportunity

Big projects need strong leaders.

We're looking for a Senior Site Supervisor - Structural to join our Logan Water team, taking the lead on major structural construction works including reinforced concrete structures, formwork and steel fixing activities across a long-term capital works program.

You'll be the person keeping crews aligned, subcontractors performing and projects moving. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers and Supervisors, you'll drive safe, efficient delivery while mentoring the next generation of site leaders.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk. It's for someone who enjoys being on site, solving problems, making decisions and seeing major infrastructure take shape.
