Job summary

Constructive, a respected engineering consultancy focused on water, civil and structural infrastructure, is seeking a capable structural engineer.

You will deliver structural design across water and wastewater assets, manage projects from concept through to delivery, review junior engineers, and liaise with clients, authorities and delivery partners throughout the project lifecycle.

The role offers mentoring, a collaborative team culture and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years experience in structural design, ideally across water or wastewater assets, or solid fundamentals and a desire to learn.
• Comfortable owning projects end to end, from concept through to delivery with support of leadership team.
• Strong grasp of Australian Standards and structural design principles.
• Equally strong on the technical detail and the people side of the job.
• Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.

You’ll play a key role in delivering structural design work across concrete and steel structures, from site inspections through to detailed modelling and analysis through to documentation and construction support - a chance to manage projects from inception through to completion.
