Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead design, delivery and tender phases for major projects.

You will ensure timely, high-quality structural engineering work in line with schedules and budgets while mentoring junior engineers. The role requires a Civil/Structural Engineering degree, CPENG qualification or progress toward it, and 8–12 years of post-graduate experience with Australian/New Zealand projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor to Masters level degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• CPENG qualification or close to completion.
• 8–12 years post-graduate industry experience.
• Commercial experience in Australia or New Zealand on medium/large building projects.
• Proficiency with ETABS, RAM Concept and Microstran.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery and tender phases for multi‑year turnkey projects.
• Ensure delivery quality and compliance with technical, commercial and regulatory standards.
• Manage scope, programme, budgets and quality outcomes; mentor junior engineers.
