Job summary

Bligh Tanner, a specialist structural, facade, civil, environmental and water engineering consultancy, is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer in Brisbane. You will lead the design and delivery of a range of projects, liaising with clients and directing aspects of structural work with support from directors and peers.

Ideal candidates possess 5+ years in structural design across multiple materials, plus proficiency in key analysis tools and professional registrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in structural or civil engineering.
• 5+ years' experience in structural design across a broad range of facilities (Commercial, Health, Education, Institutional, Community, Sporting).
• Experience with steel, reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, masonry and timber.
• Proficient in structural analysis software: Spacegass, RAM Concept, Strand 7, RAPT, ETABS and Inducta.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of structural projects across diverse facilities.
• Run projects and liaise directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with directors and peers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and teammates.
