Job summary

Morson Edge Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead the design and delivery of concrete structures across residential, commercial, education, aged care and retail sectors in Sydney. You will work closely with clients, architects and builders to develop practical engineering solutions.

The role involves leading structural design from concept to completion, preparing detailed designs and documentation, coordinating with project stakeholders, managing multiple

Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering.
• Strong structural design and analysis experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good client management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• A practical understanding of project scope, cost and delivery requirements.
• Experience with Space Gass, RAM Concept and/or RAPT would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and analysis from concept through to completion.
• Prepare detailed designs, documentation, reports and specifications.
• Provide practical and economical solutions to complex engineering challenges.
• Manage multiple projects across varying sizes and levels of complexity.
• Work directly with clients and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects, builders and services engineers.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during construction.
• Manage project scope, timeframes, costs and resourcing.
