Job summary

Morson Edge in Sydney is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead designs for high-end residential and bespoke projects, performing structural analysis across concrete, steel and timber.

With 7+ years of Australian experience, strong knowledge of Australian Standards, you will own projects from concept to delivery, mentor junior engineers and liaise with clients, builders and other consultants. The role offers autonomy and long-term progression within an established consultancy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Australian structural engineering experience.
• Experience in consultancy environments.
• Experience on residential and/or bespoke projects.
• Ability to take ownership from concept to delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and structural design principles.

Responsibilities

• Structural analysis and design across concrete, steel and timber structures.
• Work on high-end residential and bespoke projects.
• Develop practical and innovative structural solutions.
• Liaise directly with clients, builders and other consultants.
• Produce and review engineering documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and provide construction support.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical team.
