Robert Bird Group is seeking Senior Structural Engineers to join its Construction Engineering team in Melbourne. You will provide specialist staged analysis, construction methodology and temporary works design for major projects, collaborating with Directors and Associates to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role requires 7+ years of structural experience, strong knowledge of Australian codes, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Experience in temporary works design is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Australian codes and standards.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Solid grounding in steel and concrete design.
• Demonstrated ability to document technical reports with minimal edits.

Responsabilités

• Detailed structural design of temporary works and impacts on permanent works.
• Client liaison with Project Directors and Associates on current and future projects.
• Active involvement in project delivery and resource management with the Project Directors.
• Deliver projects while upholding innovation, technical excellence and quality.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to maintain quality and timeliness.
