Job summary

Colliers seeks an experienced Senior Engineer, Structural, specialising in Built Form, to lead design and delivery of projects across Australia. This full-time role is based in Perth and requires relocation.

You will perform site inspections, oversee design development, and manage client relationships while ensuring high standards of safety and quality. A Bachelor of Civil Engineering is essential; CPEng is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in a consulting environment.
• Strong communication and liaison abilities to engage with clients and other engineers.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently within a busy client-focused team.
• Strong practical understanding, proactive high-level thinking and high attention to detail.
• Experience applying skills to a diverse range of structural engineering projects, with a focus on built form.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of design in structural engineering, from technical design to on-site completion.
• Prepare design sketches and details for drafting and oversee development.
• Undertake site inspections, including Defence facilities.
• Prioritize safety in project design and delivery with quality checks.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
