Job summary

WGA in Adelaide is seeking a senior Civil/Structural Engineer with 7+ years of post-graduate consultancy experience to design buildings across health, education and commercial sectors. You will join the iconic Adelaide Structures team and lead projects from concept to delivery.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 7+ years post-graduate consultancy experience designing Buildings across Sports and Recreation, Education, Health, Commercial and multi-storey residential within SA.
• Experience with structural steel and reinforced concrete for multi-storey buildings.
• Proficiency with SpaceGass, RAM Concept, RAPT and ETABS design packages.
• Ability to lead projects from both technical and delivery perspectives.
• Experience interacting with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver optimal designs.

Our Building Structures team provides the opportunity for Engineers to design and manage a variety of secure projects and with exciting work coming up within Health, Defence, Education and mixed‑use Commercial it is an exciting time!

About you:

• Appropriate Tertiary Qualifications in Civil/Structural Engineering
• At least seven years of post-graduate Consultancy experience designing Buildings projects across Sports and Recreation, Education, Health, Commercial and multi-storey residential within the South Australian market
• Proven experience across structural steel and reinforced concrete for multi-storey building structures
• Experience using SpaceGass, RAM Concept, RAPT and ETABS design packages
• Ability to lead projects from both a technical and delivery perspective
• Exposure to Client interaction and desire to work with internal stakeholders to deliver the best possible design outcomes
