Our Role

With a growing team of more than 120 personnel and a vibrant office environment, we are expanding at our Southbank office in 2025. We seek an Intermediate to Senior level Building Structures engineer who wants to develop project leadership, personnel management, and business ownership skills while delivering high‑quality projects.

About You

• Extensive postgraduate experience in project leadership and detailed design of complex structural designs across a range of structures, including Defence Infrastructure, Commercial Buildings, Education/Health/Aged Care, and Energy.
• Proven experience liaising with clients and external stakeholders to build positive relationships within the Melbourne building market.
• Desire to mentor and develop junior engineers.
• CPEng accreditation or progressing towards one.
