Job summary

Qantas is seeking a Senior Strategy Associate to lead end-to-end strategic workstreams for the Group Strategy team, delivering high-value insights for the Board and senior management. Based at the Qantas Group Head Office in Mascot, Sydney, you will drive content creation and apply advanced strategic tools to complex stakeholder issues.

With 5+ years in strategy or top-tier consulting and MBA preferred, you’ll shape the Group's direction across Qantas Airways, Jetstar, and loyalty programs,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in top-tier consulting.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Strong analytical, financial, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic projects for the Group Strategy team.
• Collaborate with senior management and present to the Board of Directors.
• Drive content creation and apply formal strategy tools to complex topics.
