Job summary

Qantas Group is seeking a Senior Strategy Associate based at the Qantas Group Head Office in Mascot, Sydney. You will lead end-to-end strategic projects and major workstreams in collaboration with senior management, delivering high-value outcomes for the business and its Board.

The role requires 5+ years in consulting or corporate strategy, an MBA (preferred), and strong analytical, financial, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years in consulting or related strategy work.
• MBA preferred and relevant tertiary qualifications.
• Strong analytical, financial, and communication skills.
• Ability to present to senior management and the Board with clarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic projects and major workstreams for the Group Strategy team.
• Collaborate with senior management and present to senior stakeholders and the Board.
• Coach and develop team members on strategy toolkit and innovation methods.
• Create content, perform financial analyses, and drive high-impact recommendations.
