Job summary

The Strata Plus Group in Port Stephens is seeking an experienced Strata Manager to oversee a diverse residential, commercial, and holiday-let portfolio. You will manage day-to-day operations, budgets, maintenance, and meetings while building strong relationships with owners, committees, and contractors.

The role requires a NSW Class 2 Strata Managing Agent license, proven independent portfolio management, solid knowledge of strata legislation, and excellent communication and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Current NSW Class 2 Strata Managing Agent License.
• Proven independent experience managing a strata or body corporate portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of strata legislation and its real‑world application.
• Excellent meeting facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Solid financial literacy with ability to explain budgets and impacts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and strata management software.
• Permanent residency in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of strata and community properties, including budgeting, maintenance and repairs, and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with strata legislation and bylaws.
• Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and contractors to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Chair and facilitate AGMs, EGMs, and committee meetings professionally and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation across your portfolio.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and proactive portfolio management.
