Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in strata management.
• Appropriately licensed to manage strata schemes in NSW.
• Extensive experience managing large and complex strata schemes.
• Strong knowledge of NSW strata legislation and compliance requirements.
• Experience dealing with major works and complex financial matters.
• Confident managing experienced committees and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of a portfolio of large and complex strata schemes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, committees and key stakeholders.
• Prepare for and chair AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings.
• Prepare and oversee budgets, levies and financial requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, contractors and major works.
• Manage complex strata matters and provide practical, professional advice.
• Ensure schemes remain compliant with NSW strata legislation.
• Work closely with committees to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Maintain a high standard of communication and client service.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior Strata Managers and team members.
• Share industry knowledge and contribute to the development of the wider team.
• Play an important role in the continued growth and development of the business.
