Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a retail store manager or similar role.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and organised approach.
• Good knowledge of stock control, merchandising and retail.
• Confident with technology including POS systems, websites and social media management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the team.
• Prepare rosters and allocate daily responsibilities.
• Set and maintain customer service standards.
• Oversee daily operations from opening to close.
• Manage cash handling, balancing and store security.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well presented store.
• Manage sales and KPIs, with weekly reporting to the owner.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and profit.
• Plan promotions, seasonal campaigns and displays.
• Manage online sales and social media.
