Responsibilities

• Ensure programs are designed and delivered to meet contractual, legislative, and quality standards requirements.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities at local, regional and state/territory level.
• Represent on local, regional and state/territory committees, networks, meetings, and forums; promote Red Cross services.
• Develop program budgets and monitor financial performance to meet budget and revenue parameters.
