Job summary

Alcohol and Drug Foundation in Darwin is seeking a Regional Community Development Manager NT on a part-time (0.6 FTE) contract.

You will lead a small team, foster partnerships, and drive program delivery including Good Sports and LDAT initiatives, with a hybrid work model and flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate qualification in health promotion, social sciences, public health, business management or a related discipline.
• Experience in engaging with diverse stakeholders and communities to deliver programs.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Experience using CRM systems to plan and report on service delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Operational leadership to deliver program targets and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain community and program partnerships with peak bodies and governments.
• Recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of the team.
• Use CRM (Salesforce) to monitor and report on service delivery targets.
• Support engagement with clubs for Good Sports program participation.
