Job summary

Lotus People is seeking a high‑impact Coordinator to support strategic government and industry engagement in Sydney. You will manage external opportunities, briefing materials and events, working closely with senior leaders to ensure polished, purposeful engagements.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, exceptional organisation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. This is a permanent, hybrid role with WFH flexibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in stakeholder coordination, external affairs or related role.
• Experience in government or corporate environment is highly regarded.
• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement planning aligned with organisational priorities.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen engagement with government, industry and partners.
• Coordinate ministerial, executive and stakeholder engagements, including site visits, roundtables and events.
• Prepare briefing notes, speaking points and presentations for engagements.
• Manage approvals, risks and dependencies across external engagement activity.
• Coordinate stakeholders and internal teams around milestones and announcements.
• Ensure brand and engagement guidelines are consistently applied.
• Provide ongoing updates on engagement activity and risk areas.
• Elevate risks and approval issues proactively.
• Collaborate across teams to coordinate communications and outputs.
