Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a permanent full-time professional to design and deliver communication and engagement services across programs. The role focuses on developing strategies, engaging communities and stakeholders, managing issues, and shaping content to strengthen participation and trust.

You will work in a hybrid arrangement with Parkes as the preferred location and other locations in the Western Region considered. Applications close 1 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, community and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical and relationship-management abilities across government or infrastructure.
• Ability to develop and deliver engagement plans and coordinate consultations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality communication and stakeholder engagement across Transport for NSW programs.
• Develop and implement communication and engagement strategies and deliver consultation activities.
• Manage issues, coordinate content and storytelling, and use data to strengthen participation.
• Lead inclusive engagement in a complex multi-stakeholder and politically sensitive environment.
