Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to help ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of enterprise security platforms.

You will drive SRE practices, automate with IaC, develop observability, SLIs and SLOs, and lead reliability initiatives across cyber security teams. This role requires collaboration with security, platform engineering and technology teams to raise operational resilience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SRE/DevOps/Platform Engineering within a large enterprise.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/IT or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience implementing SRE principles in security operations or security platform teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive SRE and reliability engineering across cyber security platforms to improve availability and performance.
• Automate operational processes using Infrastructure as Code and automation-first approaches.
• Develop observability, monitoring, SLIs, SLOs and actionable dashboards.
• Lead platform reliability initiatives; identify risks and improve service stability.
• Support incident analysis and post-incident reviews for preventative improvements.
• Partner with cyber security and platform teams to raise long-term maturity.
