You will be responsible for delivering speech pathology clinical services to adult and paediatric patients with communication and swallowing difficulties in a rural generalist hospital and outpatient setting.
About us:
Allied Health Services Cassowary service provides high quality Allied Health Services including Child Protection Liaison, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Social Work, Dietetics and Speech Pathology inpatient, emergency department and outpatient services.
This position is based at Innisfail Hospital (40 beds) and additionally covers Tully (10 beds) and Babinda Hospitals (10 beds + 11 MPHS beds). Line management is through the Allied Health Team Leader and Professional reporting, including clinical supervision is through the Director of Speech Pathology and Audiology.
