Playful Paediatrics in Moorooka, QLD, is seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to lead neurodiversity-affirming, play-based therapy for children aged 0–18. You’ll mentor clinicians, influence service development and advocate for family-centred practice across clinics, schools and the community.

This role offers a warm, home-like clinic culture with real growth paths, leadership mentoring, regular supervision and dedicated PD funding to expand your expert areas.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Speech Pathologist registered with Speech Pathology Australia with 7+ years of paediatric experience.
• Experience at senior level and ability to mentor clinicians.
• Strong commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, family-centred, and strengths-based practice.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills with families, schools and other professionals.

Aufgaben

• Deliver evidence-based, play-based speech pathology to children aged 0–18 across practice areas.
• Collaborate with families, schools, OTs, Psychologists and other team members.
• Deliver therapy in clinic, at home, at school, or in the community.
• Lead training opportunities within the community to increase impact.
• Mentor and contribute to ongoing development of the clinical service.
