Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in Speech Pathology.
• Eligibility for CPSP status with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Minimum 4 years of clinical experience as a Speech Pathologist.
• Willingness to work with adult clients when required.
• Able to achieve 25 billable hours per week.
• Flexible Salary Package – Up to $125,000 + Super

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality speech pathology assessments and therapy for paediatric clients.
• Assess and manage complex communication needs (speech, language, social communication, AAC).
• Prepare comprehensive clinical reports including NDIS funding reviews and complex reports.
• Provide supervision, mentoring and guidance to junior Speech Pathologists.
• Review clinical reports and support junior therapists in developing reasoning and documentation skills.
• Collaborate with families, schools and multidisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Independently manage caseload and billable workload.
• Contribute to clinical discussions and knowledge sharing within the team.
