Job summary

Healthcarelink Support is seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join a not-for-profit team in Croudace Bay, NSW. The role covers in-clinic, home, and school visits, with a varied paediatric focus and strong multidisciplinary collaboration.

You will deliver assessment and intervention, manage caseloads autonomously, and mentor graduates within a supportive, evidence-based framework. The position offers flexible hours and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) registration or willingness to obtain registration.
• Demonstrated experience as a Speech Pathologist, senior-level experience highly regarded.
• Passion for working with people with disabilities and complex needs.
• Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse and rewarding caseload.
