Job summary

Healthproof in Sydney is seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to join our mobile, community-based team. In this role you’ll work across South West and Western Sydney, visiting clients in homes, schools, and community settings.

You’ll diagnose and treat language, swallowing and speech disorders, deliver tailored therapy including AAC, and collaborate with families and educators. A supportive multidisciplinary team and flexible schedule await.

Qualifications

• Speech pathology degree required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Driver's license and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and diagnosing language, swallowing, and speech disorders in community clients.
• Delivering tailored therapy across speech, communication needs including AAC, and mealtime safety.
• Supporting clients with diverse needs including disability and developmental or acquired conditions.
• Designing and running individual therapy programs.
• Collaborating with families, carers, educators and other professionals.
• Being part of a supportive multidisciplinary team and working with NDIS, Aged Care and private patients.
