Job summary

Early Start Australia Coomera clinic is seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to deliver evidence-based therapy to children and young people aged 0-16, across clinic, home, school and community settings. You will assess, plan and implement individualised therapy programs aligned to client goals.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, maintain high standards of documentation, comply with privacy, and participate in professional development and supervision to support career growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Speech Pathology and registered with AHPRA.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check completed.
• Working with Children Check or WWVP where required.
• National Police Check and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Identify and complete assessments; manage a caseload with a case-management approach.
• Develop, implement and adjust tailored therapy programs aligned to client goals.
• Deliver services across clinic, home, school and community settings.
• Record treatment notes within 24 hours and provide timely reports.
• Align therapy plans with funding models and NDIS plans.
• Participate in team meetings; pursue professional development.
