Job summary

Framework Search & Select is recruiting for a paediatric Speech Pathologist in a clinic-based role with flexible admin support and extensive mentoring. The role offers professional development, a personal PD budget, and structured career progression within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

You will lead clinical work with children and adolescents, supervise junior clinicians, and contribute to service development, recruitment, and onboarding in a values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience – paediatric related.
• Experience supervising or supporting junior clinicians.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for evidence-based, client-centred, and multidisciplinary collaborative practice.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a reduced caseload in your areas of expertise.
• Collaborate closely with families and other team members.
• Supervise and mentor early-career clinicians.
• Contribute to the development of clinical resource.
• Play an active role in recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide ongoing team education and PD opportunities.
