You will work with clients, families and professionals across clinic, school and home settings, with onboarding, supervision and a strong emphasis on wellbeing and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Qualified Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia membership
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Working With Children Check
• Passion for paediatric practice and neuroaffirming care
• Skilled in assessment, intervention, and collaborative practice
• Commitment to strengths-based, neuroaffirming care
• Experience with NDIS participants
• Confidence working across clinic, school and home environments
• Special interest in early communication, AAC, literacy and/or feeding

Responsibilities

• Provide paediatric speech pathology services to clients and families
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and care providers
• Engage in SWOT goal setting and peer review processes
• Participate in clinical supervision and annual performance reviews
• Actively seek feedback to improve client outcomes
