Framework Search Select Health Pty Ltd in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to step into a Clinical Lead role, blending clinical leadership with mentoring, supervision and ongoing professional development.

This senior position offers opportunities to shape clinical practice while balancing leadership with hands-on therapy, supported by a collaborative multidisciplinary team and in-house administration.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• Current Speech Pathology Australia certification.
• Clinical knowledge to support junior clinicians.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience across the lifespan preferred.
• Supervision and mentoring experience highly regarded.
• Commitment to evidence-based, neuro-affirming practice and ongoing learning.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in the disability sector.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical mentoring and supervision to junior clinicians.
• Facilitate group professional development and peer learning opportunities.
• Support clinicians to develop client-centred therapy plans and deliver high-quality, outcomes-focused services.
• Work collaboratively with the broader team to support multidisciplinary practice across the organisation.
• Maintain own clinical caseload; providing services in clinic and community settings.
• Across areas such as; Speech, Literacy, AAC, Dysphagia, ASD, Neurological Rehabilitation & more.
