Job summary

Ability Action Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to join our Western Sydney team, based in Blacktown or surrounding suburbs, delivering high-quality Speech Pathology services to NDIS participants.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support positive outcomes and provide supervision to graduate and early-career clinicians, contributing to service improvements and clinical discussions.

• Current Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Experience delivering high-quality Speech Pathology services, ideally in disability or community settings.
• Experience providing supervision or support to graduate and early-career clinicians.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist in Blacktown or surrounding suburbs to join our Western Sydney team, supporting a varied community-based caseload.

In this role you will:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based Speech Pathology services to NDIS participants
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support positive outcomes
• Provide informal support and guidance to graduate and early-career clinicians through collaboration and shared practice
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and clinical discussions, drawing on your experience
